Disc I presents the power-electronic and dark-ambient facet of the scene with exclusive tracks by Tore H. Boe (who also closes the disc II), Propergol, Operation Cleansweep, Thorofon, ICK, IRM, Svartsinn, Inade, Raison D'être, Herbst9 and Wolfskin.
'A Final Testimony', manufactured by Albin Julius label HauRuck!, comes in a beautiful double digipack including an informative booklet in which SDC present the compilation and their past activities and where one page is devoted to each project.
More than highly recommended, indispensable!
This review is also the occasion to wish, in the name of all the Heimdallr team, SDC all the best in their forthcoming activities!

Originally, this document was supposed to be released for the 10 years of SDC but the inevitable delay has decided otherwise… Anyway, never mind this detail, as we have here a great document gathering projects ranging from power-electronics, post-industrial to dark-ambient and neo-folk.
For sure, this compilation will be appreciated by the novices curious to discover the diversity that composes the (post) industrial scene, and by a more initiated audience as well.
The second disc also reveals some very interesting works... The Karnnos track 'Strife… to Find a Tortuous Way' features, in my personal point of view, amongst the best contributions of this second part: catchy, mysterious, hypnotic, ritual... in the best Karnnos vein, really! The remix version of the beautiful and classic "Kingdom of the Shades' by In Gowan Ring also deserves to be mentioned as well as the Novy Svet contribution 'Mañana' which brings the necessary touch of madness. Other participants to this post-industrial, (weird) folk gathering are Tribe Of Circle, Toroidh, Hekate, Sieben, Camerata Mediolanense (with a live version of 'Il Lupo'), Turbund Sturmwerk, (the underestimated but very talented Canadian project) Instincts and Tore H. Boe.
As it is expected with compilations, there are musical substances for all tastes and all tracks can't please to everyone. Nevertheless, one can only recognise the overall value of such ambitious and successful work.
